SPECIAL CALLED MEETING

A Special Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Spalding County was held at the Gary Reid Fire Station located at 1843 North Hill Street Extension on Monday, February 28, 2000 beginning at 6:00 o’clock pm. Those present were Commissioners Martha McDaniel, Johnie McDaniel and Michael Kendall, County Manager Mike Ruffin and Deputy County Manager William Wilson. Commissioners Earle Childres and Merrill Massengale were absent.

Chairman Kendall called the meeting to order.

The purpose of the Special Meeting was to discuss the acquisition of four (4) vehicles for the Spalding County Fire Department. Mr. Carlos Perez of Atlanta Freightliner Truck Sales and Service, Inc. gave the presentation.

No action was taken.

There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
