Kenny has served as assistant Chief of Spalding County Fire Department since1987 also serving as the department training officer. Kenny has been with Spalding county Emergency Management Agency since 1985 Heading the department as its Director from 1990 until present.

David has served the Spalding County Fire Department since 1990 as a lieutenant since1996. David started with Spalding County Emergency Management Agency as Rescue Chief in 1992 and has served as Assistant Director since 1996.
