Step Up To Health

Good health and happiness starts at home --- and in the 14 parks in Spalding County.  Parks are where kids learn to hit a curve ball, families ride their bikes or spend some time on a beautiful day.

What would life be like without them?

Step Up to Health presented by Spalding County Parks & Recreation in partnership with the National Recreation and Parks Association would like to encourage you to be active, volunteer and support Parks and Recreation.
