Spalding County Manager, William P. Wilson Jr., has been advised that the Public Hearings on the 2019 Tax Levy conducted earlier this month did not provide for the required number of days, between the public hearings, to comply with State law. Therefore, an additional Public Hearing has been scheduled for Monday, October 7th during the Spalding County Board of Commissioners Regular Meeting to allow citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed 2019 Tax Levy. Final approval of the 2019 Tax Levy will be voted on at this meeting.
