The Spalding County State Court proudly announces that you may now pay eligible traffic citations online.

This online citation payment service is available for those individuals who have received a traffic citation and wish to resolve their citation by simply paying a fine online instead of coming to court. Not all citations are eligible for online payments.

The completion of this project is the result of cooperation between the Spalding County State Court, the Spalding County Solicitor-General’s Office, the Spalding County State Court Clerk, the Spalding County Sheriff’s Office, and the Georgia State Patrol.

Anyone who wishes to pay their citation should go to www.spaldingcounty.com. On the left side of the page there is a vertical list of links. Simply click on the last link which reads “Traffic Ticket Payment.” When the new page opens, click on the icon that says “Make Payments” and follow the directions.
