The Spalding County Senior Center is excited to announce that a Winterization Conference will be hosted by the Senior Issues Committee of the Spalding County Collaborative on Thursday, September 20, 2018, in the Banquet Hall located inside the Spalding County Senior Center at 885 Memorial Drive, Griffin, Georgia.

This exciting and informative Conference is open to all seniors. Winterization is the process of preparing a home, vehicle and even oneself for the harsh conditions of winter. Participants will learn how to winterize, how to prepare for inclement weather and learn tips on how to beat the winter blues, stay well and fit!

Speakers will include representatives from Brightmoor Hospice, Avalon Home Inspection, the Spalding County Fire Department, and a certified Line Dance Instructor!
