Three new pavilions and a new playground at Orchard Hill Park were made possible through 2016 SPLOST funding. Representatives from Spalding County and the City of Orchard Hill came together on January 23rd, 2018 to celebrate the enhancements to this local park and to the quality of life for residents of the City of Orchard Hill and Spalding County.
