This hands-on class will teach Boiling Water canning used for preserving fruits, jellies & jams, pickled products and salsa. Participants will be able to take home several products. Pint jars in good condition are welcome. The class will be taught by Family and Consumer Sciences Agent Cindee Sweda. Pre-registration and payment must be received before June 6, 2019, and are required for hands-on food preservation classes, as space is limited.
