Learn how to confidently use a pressure canner to preserve low acid vegetables, soups, and meats. The class will be taught by Family and Consumer Sciences Agent Cindee Sweda. Pre-registration and payment must be received before June 11, 2019, and are required for hands-on food preservation classes, as space is limited.
