Spalding County Leisure Services offers two adult leagues:

Men’s Open and Men’s Industrial

• The entry fee is $460.00 for both leagues.
• Only team registration will be accepted
• Last day to register is Friday, November 30, 2018.

Business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Form of payment: Cash, Credit and Debit. Personal checks will not be accepted.
