Spalding County residents are invited to attend a public hearing regarding the development of a passive park at the Quilly Street location on:

Per the 2008 Comprehensive Master Plan for Parks and Recreation projects and improvements, the Quilly Street property is reserved for passive park uses such as playgrounds, pavilions, dog parks, walking trails, etc. This public hearing will afford citizens the opportunity to give input regarding the future development of a passive park on the 134 acre Quilly Street property adjacent to the current Dundee Ballpark.
