Georgia Department of Agriculture regulations require those selling eggs from backyard flocks to hold an Egg Candler’s certificate among other requirements. GDA personnel will discuss the requirements and lead participants through an egg candling exercise. The class is free to any interested Georgia resident.

This is the third and final egg candling class held in Spalding County for 2019. You must bring an acceptable photo ID to verify lawful presence. Space is limited. Register by 5:00 p.m. on September 9, 2019.
